Land Development Engineer

In this role, you will work alongside a talented multidisciplinary team on a variety of projects including land development. You should have a strong understanding of land development projects and have experience managing them from proposal stage through commissioning.

Job Duties:
- Prepare engineering designs and drawings for land development projects
- Provide oversight and technical review
- Create cost estimates and oversee submissions for review
- Mentoring and coaching junior staff members
- Play an active role in proposal preparation and engage in client relationship management

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity
- P.Eng designation is a must or the ability to obtain one
- Must have experience with land development and municipal projects
- Should have a experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
