Currently we are looking for a Lead Construction Planner for a brownfield PMC project, located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Scope of activities:
As a Lead Construction Planner you will be working in a multi discipline team, for which you will be creating and monitoring the project schedule. Your duties will demand expert insight in the multiple methods of implementation, for both the home office and on site.

Your activities will be covering the following:
• Creating the Project Milestone Schedule during the bid-phase. Including the benchmarking for the schedule,
• Creating detailed schedules during the different project phases,
• Regular monthly checks of the project progression in percentages and time and advice on procedures in case of deviations.
• Keeping the risk-analysis up-to-date
• Giving input on change orders
• Supporting with the creative solutions in case of project schedule changes.
• Communicating the planning matters to both internal and to the client and third parties.

Requirements:
• a few years of experience as a Lead Construction Planner in the (petro)chemical industry (preferably with EPC/PMC projects)
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a must
• fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
