About the Role

Our Data Center Construction team is committed to creating an environment where every team member can leverage their expertise, expand their capabilities, and make a meaningful impact throughout the lifecycle of each project.

We are seeking a CSA Lead (Civil, Structural & Architectural) to provide technical leadership and project oversight for CSA systems across mission-critical data center construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring civil infrastructure, structural systems, and architectural elements are designed, coordinated, and delivered to meet performance, durability, operational, and scalability requirements.

The CSA Lead will partner closely with internal stakeholders, design consultants, contractors, and commissioning teams to successfully translate design intent into high-quality project execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage CSA scope throughout the project lifecycle, from construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural design partners to ensure compliance with owner standards, tenant requirements, and local building codes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CSA systems with MEP, IT, and commissioning requirements.
  • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and field-related technical clarifications.
  • Monitor contractor performance with respect to schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality assurance audits.
  • Support layout coordination for critical equipment, white space environments, and operational support areas to maximize constructability and long-term functionality.
  • Support commissioning activities related to site infrastructure, building envelope performance, and structural readiness.
  • Identify design, construction, and constructability risks early and drive effective mitigation strategies.
  • Review and validate contractor pay applications and change order requests for CSA-related work packages.
  • Assist with cost estimating, budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking for CSA scopes.
  • Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and guidance to project engineers and project coordinators.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering, construction management, design management, or related project delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of site development, structural systems, and building design principles.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction documents across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
  • Familiarity with fast-track construction environments and complex infrastructure projects.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and construction partners in a highly technical environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on cutting-edge, mission-critical data center projects.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
  • Take ownership of high-impact work while continuing to develop new technical and leadership skills.
  • Be part of a culture focused on professional growth, innovation, and project excellence.
