We are looking for your expertise as a Senior / Lead EC & I Engineer – EPCM to be responsible for all Electrical, Control & Instrumentation engineering activities across concept, pre‑feasibility, feasibility, EPCM, and EPC project phases. Job Summary:
The role provides technical leadership, discipline coordination, design excellence, and team mentorship while ensuring compliance with global and client standards, industry codes, and ISO procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Engineering

• Deliver innovative, accurate, and fit‑for‑purpose EC&I designs for mining and minerals processing projects.
• Ensure all discipline designs comply with client specifications, client procedures, industry standards, and relevant legislation.
• Produce EC&I deliverables: P&IDs, instrument lists, datasheets, SCADA diagrams, PLC IO lists, layouts, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and control panel specifications.

• Technical Support & Engineering Leadership

• Provide engineering sign‑off.
• Review vendor/contractor documentation.
• Implement lessons learned and new technologies.
• Act as technical interface for multidiscipline coordination.

• Site Support & Commissioning

• Provide EC&I technical support during construction.
• Perform commissioning activities.
• Manage redline drawings and handover documentation.

• Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead EC&I engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers.

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Interface with clients.
• Provide discipline input for studies and proposals.
• Ensure ISO compliance.

• Minimum 10 years' EC&I engineering experience.
• Experience across full EPC/EPCM lifecycle.
• Strong EC&I background: electrical, instrumentation, control, power systems.
• Experience managing teams, schedules, budgets.
• Understanding of EPC/EPCM methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
