Client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (CSA, Mechanical & Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation).
Project Type: Mining & Metals Oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, refinery, water treatment, or manufacturing facilities,
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Requirements/Qualification:
- KSA transferable Iqama is a must
- Bachelors / Honours / master’s degree
- 10–15+ years’ quantity surveying experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in earthworks, civil, structural, and architectural works
- Proven pre‑award and post‑award experience, including IFC measurement and on‑site measurement
- Saudi Arabia experience preferred; solid Middle East experience required on industrial projects mining, energy sectors etc
- Initially regional office–based, progressing to site-based roles in KSA
Responsibilities:
- IFC drawing measurement & BOQ preparation
- Tender evaluation & commercial analysis
- On-site measurement & valuation
- Variations, orders & claims management
- Cost control, forecasting & reporting
- Final accounts & subcontractor management
Soft Skills
- Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
- Effective communication with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Ability to work across office and site environments
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented
