Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the overall development for a major infrastructure program
- Drive alignment across joint venture partners to enable seamless project execution
- Ensure consistent and effective communication flows between all parties involved
- Lead best practices in safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives
- Provide oversight through all phases of the project lifecycle, from early planning to completion
- Support the development of competitive advantages within the organization’s target markets
- Act as the primary liaison between ownership groups, project teams, and executive leadership
- Guide commercial strategy, including contract interpretation, risk management, and negotiations
- Preform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related experience
- 20+ years’ experience leading large-scale capital projects in industries such as infrastructure, energy, heavy industrial, or similar sectors
- Experience managing high-value contracts and navigating commercial negotiations
- Proven ability to interpret technical documentation, including drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in major projects
- Demonstrated success working within complex partnerships or joint venture environments
- Executive-level communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract frameworks
- Strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project delivery models
