Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong FPSO background and a passion for safe, efficient offshore operations? We are seeking a motivated professional to join a leading offshore production asset in Equatorial Guinea.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will lead and supervise production operations, ensuring safe and efficient hydrocarbon processing while maintaining the highest operational and environmental standards. You will provide leadership to production teams, oversee critical process systems, and contribute to achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore production personnel and daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, risk assessments, and isolation procedures.

• Monitor and optimize production, process, and utility systems.

• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to maximize operational efficiency and uptime.

• Act as a key member of the emergency response team and support emergency preparedness activities.

• Mentor, assess, and develop team competency and performance.

Requirements

• Proven FPSO operational experience
• Minimum 5 years offshore production experience
• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Lead Production Technician
• Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems, utilities, DCS, and ESD systems
• Experience managing PTW systems, isolations, and risk assessments
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Offshore medical and relevant offshore certifications
