Are you an experienced Instrument Supervisor with a strong background in FPSO operations and offshore maintenance? We are seeking a safety-focused leader to oversee instrumentation maintenance activities and support the reliable operation of a world-class offshore production facility. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Instrument Technicians and contractors offshore.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize instrumentation and control systems. Monitor equipment performance, identify faults, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work systems, risk assessments, and safety procedures.

• Support environmental compliance and pollution prevention measures. 

• Demonstrate strong leadership through planning, coordination, and team development. 

Requirements

• HNC/HND in Instrumentation or equivalent qualification. 

• Minimum 5 years of offshore experience, preferably with FPSO facilities. 

• Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.

• Experience with Permit to Work systems, Mechanical Isolation Standards, and Risk Assessments. 

• COMP-EX Certification preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills. 

• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above.
