We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a major EPCM investment project. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and management of contracts, from the tendering and procurement phase through contract negotiation and award, to overseeing contract execution by contractors and subcontractors during project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the prequalification and evaluation of contractors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and coordinate Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) packages.
- Lead meetings with bidders, including clarification of tender documentation and commercial proposals.
- Perform commercial evaluation of bids and coordinate technical assessments with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare bid evaluation reports and recommendations for contract award.
- Draft, review, and administer contracts in accordance with corporate standards and project requirements.
- Monitor contract execution to ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Manage contract amendments, change orders, and variations.
- Support the resolution of contractual issues, disputes, and claims while minimizing project risks.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams, including Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, Cost Control, and Project Management.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, or Commercial Management within construction, industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects.
- Previous experience working on EPC or EPCM projects would be a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of procurement, tendering, and contract management processes.
- Proven experience in commercial and contractual negotiations.
- Knowledge of contract change management and claims administration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
