LEED Specialist (Construction Support Specialist)

Our client, a leading EPCM with projects worldwide, is currently recruiting for a LEED Specialist in Windsor, ON.

In this very exciting role, the qualified candidate will support the Gordie Howe International Bridge project by providing construction support requiring the application of standard techniques and procedures in performing assigned tasks. Some duties include applying functional support for construction proposals, applying education to larger and more complex construction scope activities and organizing a variety of tasks in a timely manner. This individual will ensure all work assignments are planned, organized and carried out.

Qualifications:

• Degree in applicable field of study and 2 years of work-related experience
• LEED certification required
• Ability to communication effectively with audiences that include, but are not limited to coworkers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province and federal/national statutes and guidelines
