Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Brantford, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be in charge of managing medium to large sized facility maintenance projects in the scope of Operations and Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
As the Maintenance Manager, the ideal candidate must maintain regular communication with clients as the first line of contact, identify and assess business risks, coordinate project budgets and plans, maintain a safe work environment and continuously work towards improving performance skills and development of all employees.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction of O&M Home office or Site
- 3+ years of experience of managing medium to large sized O&M projects
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Construction Management / Business / Trade
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office
