"TRS is urgently looking for a Maintenance Engineering Section Head who will be responsible for defining the appropriate field mechanical maintenance policies and procedures for our leading International Client's project team based in BASRA, IRAQ."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assuring mechanical maintenance plan definition and updating
• Assuring field mechanical maintenance operative procedure definition and implementation
• Defining and implementing mechanical maintenance policy
• Coordinating with field production and mechanical maintenance operations in order to assure the maximum equipment availability, reliability and maintainability
• Approving technical modifications proposals
• Reviewing failure and criticality analysis and recommends drawing to production operations
• Managing General Maintenance Contract

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical Diploma
• Expertise at operational level in the process industry (preferable oil&gas, chemical, etc.) with a record of previous
• Previous experience of Oil & Gas Industry experience
• Previous experience of maintenance engineering field
• Good Knowledge of:
• Commissioning - Start Up: Commissioning and start-up
• Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Operations / Maintenance Advising
• Maintenance Operations: Mechanical Maintenance, Telecommunication Maintenance, Instrumentation Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Troubleshooting techniques knowledge
• Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance System Auditing, Maintenance, Advising in Project Phase, Reliability/availability analysis technique knowledge, Maintenance systems and policies, knowledge
• Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity
• Organization Processes: Internal Standard, Feed-back development and diffusion, Technical audit and Design Review, Documentation management
• Supports and technologies: ISO Standard, TQM and Quality system, Technical requirement and Standard
• Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality
