As the right candidate you will:
Assumes an active role in inspiring and motivating the Central Maintenance team to achieve safe and
efficient operation in all areas.
Manages all maintenance personnel resources and requirements to maintain the facilities.
Manages career development of direct reports.
Coordinates morning meetings and informs the organization about maintenance issues and ensures they are properly addressed.
Administers the Scope of Work development for service contracts pre-qualification of contractors.
Liaises closely with procurement materials, warehouse, and logistics personnel.
Manages all maintenance Key Performance Indicators for improvement while reporting analysis to
Operations Team
Participates in Risk Based Work Selection to ensure the safest and most effective use of maintenance personnel.
Liaises closely with Engineering in maintenance related work and maintenance activities.
Ensures continuous improvement processes are in place and efficiently applied.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills/experience.
Regulations applicable to operations of offshore oil & gas installations
Ten years of experience within operations integrity, Quality Assurance, safety and regulatory matters
Five years of supervisory experience

We are looking for Maintenance Superintendent to work in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. The Maintenance Superintend will be responsible person for planning of maintenance activities and programs on the facility. Ensures that Planning, and Scheduling Best Practices are incorporated into base business, maintenance strategies, policies, programs and procedures are carried out to provide safe, economical and efficient maintenance of the facilities.
