Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners across global locations.
- Participate in technical reviews, audits, and inspections.
- Lead all marine-related scopes, including terminal structures, jetties, and nearshore installations.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic input to senior leadership on project progress and challenges.
- Drive risk management, change control, and interface coordination across marine and onshore scopes.
- Develop and implement construction execution strategies, ensuring alignment with broader project goals.
- Manage project execution from detailed design through to handover, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects, with 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada; valid passport and driver’s license required.
- Strong knowledge of LNG systems, marine terminals, and offshore/nearshore construction techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments.
- Expertise in project controls, HSE, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Proven success managing complex marine scopes within multi-billion-dollar capital projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
