CHILLER PROJECT - Construction Manager/Representative #1 (PM): The construction manager/representative shall be full-time during the duration of construction and should have at least 10 yrs experience in the field of construction management on similar projects. This person should have experience with multi-million dollar HVAC projects, similar to the project described in this statement of work for this individual. The GSA shall approve the resume of the applicant PM.
The following personnel are required for this delivery: Estimated NTP issued for Construction award is June 26th, 2020.
1. Construction Representative – Powell Court House Chiller replacement
a. Nov 16-April 30 : Full time, 40 hours per week
b. Working Hours: 7 PM to 5:30 AM
i. All work in public spaces/mechanical rooms will need to be performed after hours/weekend.
ii. Work in the basement/chiller room will most likely need to be performed after hours.
c. CM Period of Performance:
i. Base Contract = Nov 16, 2020 – April 30, 2021
d. Project(s): PM will be responsible for providing construction management services for the Chiller Replacement project
