Job Description

The suitable candidate should have experience in an offshore environment. The role covers a variety of task requirements and a multi-trade background is preferred. Candidates will require a high level of professionalism and strong safety ethic. Experience with electronic permit systems is beneficial.

The role will support the FPSO vessels and offshore production platform.

Experience/Qualifications in the following areas is desired:
• Plumbing
• Sheet Metal
• Floor laying
• Insulating (preferably internal and process)
• General Joinery
• BOSIET certificate

Work tasks include but not limited to:
• Repair and replacement of duct work (industrial/commercial level systems)
• Repair and replacement of water distribution systems (domestic/industrial)
• Renewal of accommodation areas – work includes removal and replacement of screed cement, fitting of flooring, door hanging/adjustments, shower/toilet replacement, general labour to achieve the task
• General joinery and sheet metal applications throughout the facility
• Ad hoc requirements such as process insulation operations and other tasks specified by the Construction Supervisor
