Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Gurgaon office. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project administration.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduation degree
-
10–15 years of relevant project administration experience
-
Fluency in English (speaking and writing); knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
-
Meeting Documentation: Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and ensure timely distribution.

Reporting: Develop and maintain reports for Project and Engineering Management.

Cross-Department Coordination: Interact with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Query Handling: Address and resolve project-related queries efficiently.

HSE Knowledge: Apply understanding of Health, Safety & Environment standards to project activities.

Project Updates: Coordinate with project staff to track progress and provide regular updates.

Client Interaction: Represent project management in customer meetings and discussions.

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for project leaders.

Travel & Logistics: Organize travel, anticipate logistics needs, and handle passport/visa processing.

Documentation & Claims: Assist leaders with reimbursements, medical insurance claims, memoranda, and presentation materials.
