We are currently seeking a high caliber P6 Scheduler for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Irvine, CA.

We are experienced in managing a variety of delivery methods, including design-bid-build (traditional), design/build, job order contracting, multiple prime, fast-track, multiple phases, and lease/leaseback.
Job Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Scheduler for the Project Controls (PC) Team. Due to work we’ve recently won; our PC group is at capacity with workload. This person will support our scheduling efforts for a variety of projects including, but not limited to, vertical construction, water, transportation / infrastructure, and government / federal projects.
Job Requirements:
• Mid-level candidate with 5-10 years of scheduling experience
• Will need to be proficient with Primavera P6
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• Project Experience: combination of Federal / Municipal projects, Healthcare, Education projects, highways, bridges, Water/WWTP facilities
Job Duties:
• Develop, monitor, control and update the project schedule using Primavera software to ensure the project is optimally executed.
• Assist in planning and developing detailed engineering and construction baseline schedules for heavy civil/infrastructure projects including cost loading and CPM scheduling.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements
