Position Summary:
The Planning Engineer is part of the shared services team and will be providing all necessary assistance to the construction supervision team concerning all planning and scheduling issues and progress of the works in order to complete the work within the time frame and matching with the approved budget.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequence in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
2. Understand use of planning tools such as but not limited to MS Excel, MS project, Primavera.
3. Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/ S curves). Reports and analysis deviations from plan.
4. Performs probabilistic analysis of site plan potential completion of project, progress, alternatives, expected deviation of ranges, risk and forecast progress for all site activities.
5. Develop work resources method and statement on base of strategical applications.
6. Understand contractual matter, earn value method, change control, incorporate of gathered information and familiarization of management scope and scheduling of breakdown structure plan.
7. Prepare cost estimation, schedule of bar chart, inputs and outputs, availability, deliberation, allocation of manpower, equipment and materials and construction sequences.
8. Prepare Extension of Time Claims and delay analysis.
9. Estimate the required manpower & monitoring the actual manpower.
10. Maintain records for all variations and additional works of the project.
11. Attend client progress meetings.
12. Prepare dashboards and reports.
13. Review and monitor subcontractors' programs and reports.
14. Monitor submission and approval of subcontractors, materials and drawings.
15. Prepare Periodic Material Procurement Schedule considering long lead time.
16. Prepare and submit periodic and ad hoc reports to Management and Client.
17. Prepare and deliver required presentations as per instructions from the management.
18. Update Project Registers (Procurement, Subcontract, Document & Drawings)
19. Identify risks and critical activities and recommend corrective solutions.
20. active participation in the relevant operational and executive meetings is expected.
21. Undergoes regular performance appraisal and evaluation.
22. Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with major course work in Civil engineering or
a related field of study.
• Experience having worked with reputable Consultant Engineering Firms needed.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Planning,
• Possessing 3-4 Years’ experience in the Local market, identifying living traditions and
customs, exposure to the world new residential technologies and designs
• Certification in planning and scheduling of projects and in using Primavera applications
(Primavera Project Management / P6 and Primavera Contract Management I Expedition)
and cost engineering.
• Proficient in related software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop etc.)
