Job Description:
• Planning engineers determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and site management methods for project.
• Should have BE / B. Tech (Minimum 5 Years' Experience) in Electrical Engineering with solar power project of 100 MW. Must have the experience of Project planning, scheduling and monthly progress report Bar chart and all activities including tower foundation, erection and stringing.
• Planning and Scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software i.e. Primavera P6 & M.S Project.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling activities for all projects.
• Responsible for Day to day coordination and prioritization of activities and interface decisions.
• Correspondence with clients, vendors with respect to data requirement for construction activities.
• Preparation of weekly; monthly & three months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Responsible for Activity schedules and preparation of Daily Weekly, Monthly progress & Project Close out reports.
• Internal coordination between Engineering, Procurement and Construction divisions.
• Co-ordination between Inspection, Operation & maintenance departments
• Responsible for preparation of Man-hour estimate and Project program for Proposals.
• Project Assistance to Project Manager in his day to day activities.
• Resource Planning: To work out detailed resource Requirement based on standard productivity norms.

Qualifications:
• Should be engineering graduate in Electrical engineering
• MBA is preferred
