Planning Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting new opportunity for a Planning Manager to work in the corporate office of a leading technology provider to integrated steel manufacturing. This role is based in Noida and the company works on some of the largest steel projects in the world. This is a perfect opportunity for senior level professionals to work on major projects and grow within a large company.

The ideal candidate will have:
 

• 8-12 year experience in planning engineering for PMO department.
• BE Mechanical.
• Working experience in different reporting software like Power BI.
• Good Project Management skill and PMP certification is added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation & Monitoring of individual project Schedule (L1 to L6), & tracking of critical path highlighting the key Milestones & resource mapping.
• Good knowledge on current ERP software’s like SAP, DYN365 etc. and planning activities in ERP project module.
• Familiar with Project Planning and Monitoring of EPC projects.
• Basic understanding of engineering & procurement tracking document like DCI, MCI etc.
• Good understanding & experience in Project reports like Weekly & Monthly reports/S Curves/Weightage etc.
• Coordinate with major project stakeholders like Project Managers, dept. heads for project targets.
• Work experience in Steel industry/Blast furnace projects.
• Good Knowledge of Engineering documents like PFD, P&ID’s, GA, Specification etc.
• Good Knowledge of Procurement steps from PR to PO and till delivery at site.
• Good Knowledge of construction activities like civil, Structural, equipment erection etc.
• MOM drafting skill and good communication skill.
