Procurement Engineer

• Project Engagement: Lead and proactively engage in complex EPCI projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and build a strong network within the supplier market to identify the best suppliers globally.

• Supplier Management: Select and manage suppliers on a global scale, ensuring high-quality procurement of technical equipment for industrial offshore operations.

• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with designers to determine the necessary equipment for constructions, including LV/HV/MV electrical systems, HVAC and firefighting systems, helidecks, etc., according to client specifications.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts for equipment and technical services, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

• Strong engineering background and understanding of production environments.

• Creative problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities.

• Continuously seek new knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.

• Excel in hands-on challenges.

• Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.

• Fluent in English, with knowledge of German.
