We are TRS Staffing Solutions, an international project sourcing agency, a global recruitment group and are part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil & gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors.
Our esteemed external client is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Procurement Specialist. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of production and is eager to tackle intricate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation projects.
Responsibilities:

Project Engagement: Lead and proactively engage in complex EPCI projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and build a strong network within the supplier market to identify the best suppliers globally.

Supplier Management: Select and manage suppliers on a global scale, ensuring high-quality procurement of technical equipment for industrial offshore operations.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with designers to determine the necessary equipment for constructions, including LV/HV/MV electrical systems, HVAC and firefighting systems, helidecks, etc., according to client specifications.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts for equipment and technical services, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Requirements:

Strong engineering background and understanding of production environments.

Creative problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities.

Continuously seek new knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.

Excel in hands-on challenges.

Effective time and resource management to meet deadlines.

Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.

Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Fluent in English, with knowledge of German.
