The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of production operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles to ensure efficient production processes and on-time delivery of products.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain production schedules for final assembly and prefabrication processes based on customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.
- Create Work Orders and issue Work Order related documents (BOM’s, IOM’s and quality Sheet)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment of production plans with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with Production Manager to prioritize production orders and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
- Conduct regular capacity planning assessments to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and potential risks to production schedules, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production.
- Provide updates on current orders to customer as needed.
- Create Production Orders for Flame filter discs, or small parts maintain the number of parts needed on the shelf (KANBAN).
- Communicate shipping details and updates to customers upon shipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum associate degree with preferred prior experience or equivalent work experience in an ISO 9001 work environment and ERP experience, preferably LN.
- Must be well organized, have attention for detail and possess excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
