We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage production operations, workforce, and workflow to meet output targets while ensuring quality and safety standards. This role is based in Johannesburg. Seize your chance and apply today!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver production targets and schedules.
- Supervise and manage production staff.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure health & safety compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve production issues.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- N3 Mechanical Engineering and/or Trade Test (Fitter & Turner / Turner).
- 8+ years’ supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing.
- Proven experience in gear cutting, grinding, and related production processes (highly important).
- Strong knowledge of CNC and conventional machining.
- Understanding engineering principles and OHS compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
