De projectcalculator maakt doorgaans 3 à 5 projectcalculaties per dag (+/- 600 stuks op jaarbasis)
- Ongeveer 10 % van de jaarlijkse bedrijfsomzet komt voort uit projectcalculaties
- Bouwtechnisch inzicht is heel belangrijk; een wijziging tijdens het lopende bouwproces heeft vaak verschillende consequenties en deze moeten allemaal goed ingeschat kunnen worden.

Planning en organisatie van eigen werk
- Keuze van onderaannemer of leverancier en materialen waarmee je inschrijft in de betreffende projectcalculatie
- Aan de hand van opgevraagde/gekende marktprijzen of de interne bibliotheek bepalen welk kostprijs je hanteert voor bepaalde onderdelen in de projectcalculatie
