• Responsible to Project Manager and Program Engineering Manager for production of field engineering deliverables that meet quality requirements within established schedule and budget for engineering work on project.
• Responsible to Program Engineering Manager for quality engineering execution within company’s Operating System Requirements (OSR) and Practices.
• Responsible for seamless integration of project knowledge between home office and site in order to bridge all technical communication and engineering activities.
• Timely review of drawings, specifications, and other engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements prior to issuance to project team.
• Implementing rigorous change control procedures and implementing only approved changes. Understand and implement RFI process at site. Support the Contract Administrators in Change Management by coordinating / providing required technical inputs for managing Change Orders for Construction Contractors.
• Responsible for proper communication and coordination among Engineering disciplines of company / Design Consultant, Construction Contractors Commissioning, Clients, and customers.
• Coordination / resolution of scope / interface issues among Construction contractors with support from Engineering disciplines of company / Design Consultant, as needed.
• Promoting and supporting engineering execution consistent with company’s Operating System Requirements (OSR) and core values of safety, integrity, teamwork and excellence.
• Thorough understanding of project Prime Contract and Baseline documents, understands and aligns to project Baseline, and executes and delivers to project Baseline.
• Promoting cost competitive mindset across the engineering team during the entire engineering and design effort, including fabrication and construction support, as well as closeout.
• Coordinating identification, monitoring and forecasting of project material quantities.
