Project Developer

You will need to bring some experience in originating, qualifying, and developing distributed power and energy projects in the UK, and track record in managing partnerships and supply relationships. It is essential that you some bring experience in the power sectors and deal experience.
Proven experience in business development and project development in the energy sector: power / gas / carbon markets, planning and permitting, grid connections, land agreements
• Experience in key aspects of renewable project development (grid, land, and planning)
• Strong commercial acumen to identify commercial opportunities and risk- Deal and negotiation skills- A good understanding of related commercials, legal, power project economics, corporate finance
• Entrepreneurial, driven and flexible. Inquisitive and able to challenge convention and deliver results
An engineering background is not essential. However, you will need to be able to work with technical and economic concepts with regards to distributed energy solutions and all relevant matters pertaining to applicable legislation, in particular safety, health, and the environment
