With your expertise, you will review plans, specifications and calculations and will make design decisions on your projects. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in civil or environmental engineering, capable of making critical decisions and providing technical guidance to project teams. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and staff, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
  • Oversee the preparation of engineering documents, including reports, drawings, and specifications, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
  • Leverage a team of Project Assistance for the completion of project tasks.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Between 4 years to 9 years of experience in civil or environmental engineering, with a strong focus on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and technologies related to civil and environmental engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and continuous learning and development in the field of civil engineering.

We are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
