Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team for the Resonia Hampapura Transmission Line (TL) Project. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry, with mandatory experience in Transmission Line projects. The role involves ensuring that all project activities and deliverables meet the highest quality standards while complying with project specifications and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for the Transmission Line project.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, inspection records, and audit findings.
- Conduct induction and quality training programs for project team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with client requirements, statutory regulations, and company quality policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction industry.
- Mandatory experience working on Transmission Line (TL) Projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality testing, inspection procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
