Project Manager

Their benefits include a HSA $250/year, Vision care, pension matching 1.5, $1500/annual for training and they cover their employees certifications. For the PM 3 there is a bonus structure 30% of annual salary based on goals of company, office, and personal goals. EP 10%

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-office projects for our client. The Project Manager will ensure quality deliverables, serve as the primary client contact, interact with regulatory agencies, mentor staff, and handle corporate reporting. They will also manage the utilization of technical staff and may delegate tasks to other Project Manager roles. This is a full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervises projects in the region from inception to completion, adhering to established protocols.
• Coordinates the effective use and scheduling of technical staff working on their projects.
• Handles income and revenue at the project level.
• Creates and manages project timelines, plans, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications: 

• Has more than 10 years of relevant experience.
• Holds a pertinent degree, such as a Bachelor of Science.
• Possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or its equivalent.
• Has substantial experience in budget management, cost controls, and handling change work orders
