Project Manager

Our client is a general contractor involved in commercial facilities management and remediation. This small team is currently looking for Project Manager-Building Envelope Services to work in the western GTA.

The Project Manager will be involved in tenant improvement, rehabilitation and renovation projects on commercial and institutional buildings such as new roofing, new balconies, windows, doors, and anything related to building envelope.

Responsibilities:
- Building envelope project field and site assessment and inspection
- Develop value proposals and strategies for clients
- Provides leadership in development of best industry practices
- Participate in business development and sales process
- Full-cycle project management (i.e. budget, estimate, contract administration, project scope and delivery)

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology
- P.Eng, Professional Architect, RRO, LEED AP designation
- 6+ years of experience in building assessment services and project management within the institutional and commercial sectors
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Codes and Canadian National Building Codes
- Field experience and willing to travel to site
