A great opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired MNC EPC company based in their India office in the Mumbai. They are dealing in EPC / EPCIC in onshore and offshore projects.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 20+ years’ experience in Project Management. He has executed project for refinery or petrochemical plant worth 1000 crores of value.

Brief Description
Project Manager would take lead in implementing EPC/Group Projects. Responsible for delivering project on Schedule, within budget and ensuring quality. Meet Clients expectations and ensure his satisfaction.

The major responsibilities are:
• Directly responsible for the performance of the project team.
• Timely decisions for achieving the project schedule, cost requirements.
• Effective management of EPCIC functions including subcontract management.
• Incumbent is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgement in the performance of agreed assignments.
• A multinational, multi cultured workforce at all levels and in all areas of the business.
• Lead the overall planning, co-ordination and management including HSE, QA/QC, Materials, Manpower and resources planning, logistics, tools & equipments for all phases of work such as engineering, procurement, onshore fabrication, erection and commissioning, SIMOPS, shutdown planning/Execution, hook-up, commissioning & start-up
• Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly reporting to client.
• Ability to identify risks, values generation. Learnings incorporation while executing projects.

Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• Full Time Mechanical / Chemical Engineering Graduate, 20 to 27 years of discipline experience,
enthusiasm and attitude to work in Project Management, Good communication skills, team player and have strategic thinking.
