We are seeking a seasoned Snr Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction (EPFC/CM) projects in Johannesburg.
Job Summary:
- This position provides leadership in the organization or functional area and is primarily engaged in management activities that establish the direction of a department, function, or project.
- Lead projects from initiation to close-out.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee project controls, reporting, change management, and financial performance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Drive project profitability and mentor project team members.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years' relevant project management experience within EPC/EPFC, construction, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects.
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial, contract, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of project controls, including scheduling, cost control, estimating, risk management, change management, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery excellence.
