We are seeking a seasoned Snr Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction (EPFC/CM) projects in Johannesburg.

Job Summary:
  • This position provides leadership in the organization or functional area and is primarily engaged in management activities that establish the direction of a department, function, or project.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from initiation to close-out.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee project controls, reporting, change management, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Drive project profitability and mentor project team members.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years' relevant project management experience within EPC/EPFC, construction, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial, contract, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project controls, including scheduling, cost control, estimating, risk management, change management, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery excellence.
