Project Manager, Tenant Improvement

You are a Project Manager with a background in Architecture and or Engineering and quite possibly LEED AP accredited. Our client is an expert in Project Management and they are looking for a Junior/Intermediate Project Manager to join their Corporate / Tenant improvement division. This is a permanent full-time position located in Vancouver, BC

Requirements:

• Solid Project Management experience on large scale projects such as ICI as well as large scale Corporate Tenant Improvements
• Leading projects that can exceed 2-10 million dollars
• University degree in Engineering or Architecture with a P.Eng and/or PMP
• History of strong leadership along with outstanding communication skills as you will not only represent the client, you will be managing multiple levels of stakeholders which include both the client and other project managers
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, work with other project teams, formulate all project reports and participate in critical meetings
