TRS Staffing is looking for a Project Support Officer to support project management on a motorways project. The role is a contract role, to support project management. The role is majority remote working, with office attendance in Birmingham once or twice per week.
Responsibilities include:
EI Lead Support: Support the EI Lead across all their key responsibilities; Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, Communication, Documentation and process improvement
Data collection: Support EI Lead analysis by gathering data from various sources within the programme, including project reports, Internal reporting software, stakeholder feedback and assist in reviewing/providing trends/improvements.
Communication: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and Team’s calls including invites and room bookings. Support the meetings by capturing the minutes/actions and actively manage action trackers
General Support: Provide general administrative support to the programme
Document production: Produce PCF products in line with National Highways procedures, including gathering data from numerous sources, reviewing this data, extracting the necessary content to fulfil the product objective. Producing the final product for review by the wider project team and National Highways.
