Proposal Manager

Our client, a leading General Contractor with projects worldwide, is currently recruiting for a Proposal Manager for their office in Montreal, QC. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to join a multinational corporation with a strong presence in construction and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with general contractors with a focus on heavy civil work, experience within a joint venture work environment, and they must have strong working knowledge of proposal development, bid packages, and bid management.

In this very exciting role, the selected candidate will be managing the proposal development process and be actively engaged with the client as well as the internal team to meet bid deadlines. Their daily responsibilities will include coordinating the bid development process, bid logistics, proposal review meetings, and completion of submission elements. They will further be engaged with reviewing, proofreading, and editing the technical proposal material, and developing win strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering or a combination of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in similar environments
- Previous experience working in joint venture environments is a must
- Should have experience with large-scale infrastructure projects or construction projects.
- P3 experience is an asset
- PMP certification is considered an asset
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to graphical software applications and SharePoint
- Must be bilingual in French and English
