Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
Location: Anderson or Greer, SC
Industry: automotive manufacturing
Contract Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire / temp-to-direct
Pay: $20/hr
Reports to: MRO Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
o Process requisitions
o Submit purchase orders to suppliers
o Process Plant2Plant Scheduling Agreements
o Submit supplier creation requests as well as bank data modifications
o Maintain supplier data base known as SCOL
o Investigate blocked invoices due to pricing
o Manage invoices without purchase orders
Must have: SAP experience, Minimum Associates Degree in Business or related, 2+ years of experience in a purchasing support role or similar
**Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire
