Position: Quality Coordinator
Location: Płock, Poland
Contract Duration: Until the end of April 2027
Employment Type: B2B Contract

The Quality Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction execution complies with quality and contractual requirements. This person will be responsible for implementing, supervising, and continuously improving quality systems on-site, working closely with the project team and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan for the construction site
  • Contribute to procurement packages and tender documents issued on-site
  • Participate in creating the construction audit plan, in collaboration with the project quality representative (typically office-based)
  • Train site personnel on the quality program
  • Support the Construction Manager in organizing and hiring quality department staff
  • Review and approve contractor quality programs and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in line with contract requirements
  • Identify and define hold points and witness points in the inspection and testing process

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality coordination or assurance in construction or industrial projects
  • Knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Polish and English is a plus
