Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with the client’s liaison and relevant staff.
- Ensure procedures are effective and match site specifications.
- Engage in training programs and provide constructive feedback.
- Perform formal audits and random inspections on site.
- Show commitment to a safe working environment.
- Monitor quality performance and provide reports to the QA/QC Manager.
- Investigate non-conformities and report findings to management.
- Ensure materials are handled correctly and in line with project specifications and ITPs.
- Provide advice and support on quality matters to site personnel.
- Conduct and participate in quality-focused sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Five years of industry experience, including two years in QA/QC roles.
- Certification from ICorr.
- Prior experience in large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Quality legislation, industry standards, and best practices applicable to the project.
- Expertise in Quality inspection practices, standards, systems, and processes relevant to project operations.
