Currently seeking a Lead Quality contract position based in Hull, where you will be working for one of the worlds leading engineering, procurement & construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals sector.
Job Description:
Responsible for technical and functional responsibilities related to Quality control support activities for the project site during an outage.
Plan, schedule, coordinate and oversee maintenance projects and process unit turnarounds in an outage environment for an operating power plant.
Provide technical expertise on multi-discipline project teams.
Interface with the client, engineering, craft personnel, subcontractors and vendors for the completion of projects.
Order parts and materials.
Write service requests for outside contractors and equipment rentals.
Provide daily field oversight and oversee the coordination of all field maintenance activities.
Provide craft supervision and assist the site Maintenance Manager as needed.
Perform visual inspections.
Work with inspection agencies to fulfill inspection requirements and interface with Authorized Inspectors on code repairs.
Prepare repair packages for fixed equipment..
Interface with Client's inspection and maintenance personnel.
Other Duties as assigned.
