£80,000 - £100,000 Per Annum
TRS are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who work on a number of projects across the UK, they are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join their team on a major tunnelling project on a Permanent basis.
About you
- You will have previous experience of working in Quality assurance within a Civils environment, Tunneling experience preferred.
- Experience working on NEC Contracts
- Previous experience working with Tier 1/2 Civil Engineering Contractors.
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety task which include:
- Effectively implementing and developing the Quality Management System which includes integration of best practice and approaches for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular site and workplace inspections to ensure the work being carried out is in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Support activities including coaching and mentoring junior staff and facilitating workshops.
