Quantity Surveyor

An independent construction and property consultancy is recruiting for Quantity Surveyor with pre contract experience to work in Warrington with travel to site in Cumbria. This can be either a contract or permanent role.

The company is an independent construction and property consultancy who deliver Project Leadership, Commercial Success, Construction Excellence and Specialist Consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment.

You will be working on a Nuclear project as a Pre-contract Quantity Surveyor.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as Quantity Surveyor with pre-contract experience.
Due to the nature of the project Nuclear experience Is desirable as is SC clearance. If you do not already have SC clearance you will need to apply for this if successful in the role.
The location of the role is based in Warrington but you will be expected to travel to site in Cumbria for meetings when required. This role can be either a staff or contract position (within IR35).
