Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing cost estimates for mining project activities.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure. compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Managing contracts and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparing detailed reports on project costs and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in mining or construction.
- Must be willing to work in a remote location on a rotational basis.
