Central London
£50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum
TRS are working with a world- class infrastructure provider that work on a number of the UK and Europe’s largest construction projects. They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Permanent basis.
About you
- Experience working as a Quantity surveyor within an Infrastructure environment.
- Experience working within the Civils and Utilities sector.
- Accredited by RICS and or CIOB.
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety task which include:
- Effectively implement and develop commercial systems to improve margins, assess risks, price changes, monitor costs, procure supplies, and ensure documentation aligns with company standards.
- Measure client design drawings (Underground services, earthworks, reinforced concrete, formwork)
- Manage subcontractor paperwork and orders as well as pricing change order and procuring materials such as pumps, pipework and chambers etc.
