Reporting Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions has long-term opportunities for Report Manager to work for one of the leading firms in the infrastructure industry. Our client is based in Toronto, ON, building some of the most impactful infrastructure projects. This is a perfect opportunity for Reporting Managers who want to utilize and grow their expertise in scheduling and reporting, risk management, and people management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of the “Earned Value Management” principles.
• Expert level knowledge of Project Planning and Scheduling software (Primavera P6 & TILOS)
• SAP, Hard Dollar, and Synchro knowledge will be an asset.
• Expert user of reporting software’s such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL Databa

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and generate project reporting and dashboard templates according to the needs of the project
• Manage the assembly, review, editing, and submission of all reporting outputs, including the monthly progress reports, dashboards, interactive reporting, and other required reports
• Analyze schedule variance, float and trending and monitor schedule KPI’s.
• Develop progress measurement process and analyze progress and performance data.
• Performs productivity analysis of construction operations and verifies.
• Reviews labor estimates for reasonableness.
• Recommend corrective actions when performance trends deviate from baseline
• Identifies commercial/schedule risks and develops mitigation measures to ensure timely and high-quality planning and scheduling-related deliverables
• Creates and maintains a collaborative culture and environment that is open, inclusive and respectful.
• Hire, supervise, coach, develop and mentor project controls personnel
