The ideal candidate will have:
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of the “Earned Value Management” principles.
• Expert level knowledge of Project Planning and Scheduling software (Primavera P6 & TILOS)
• SAP, Hard Dollar, and Synchro knowledge will be an asset.
• Expert user of reporting software’s such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL Databa
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and generate project reporting and dashboard templates according to the needs of the project
• Manage the assembly, review, editing, and submission of all reporting outputs, including the monthly progress reports, dashboards, interactive reporting, and other required reports
• Analyze schedule variance, float and trending and monitor schedule KPI’s.
• Develop progress measurement process and analyze progress and performance data.
• Performs productivity analysis of construction operations and verifies.
• Reviews labor estimates for reasonableness.
• Recommend corrective actions when performance trends deviate from baseline
• Identifies commercial/schedule risks and develops mitigation measures to ensure timely and high-quality planning and scheduling-related deliverables
• Creates and maintains a collaborative culture and environment that is open, inclusive and respectful.
• Hire, supervise, coach, develop and mentor project controls personnel
