Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and assess operational, financial, environmental, and safety risks across project phases.
- Maintain a comprehensive project risk register and monitor mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk workshops and training sessions with project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and industry-specific risk standards.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA, Bowtie).
- Familiarity with ISO 31000 and other relevant risk management standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
