Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets in various sectors, including oil, gas, petrochemical, utilities, and private sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and principals, ensuring their needs are met and fostering partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multinational sales team of engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed sales reports, ensuring accurate performance metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations are communicated effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services and enhance the company’s market position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Must have experience in trading and sales management, preferably within the construction, industrial, oil & gas, Electrical & Instrumentation, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in managing a multinational sales team.
