We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Executive role to join my client's team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition, Veterinary, Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry) or equivalent due to experience,
- Experience in Animal Feed industry in the Gulf,
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills,
- Have the ability to interact effectively with others (strong relationship skills), including senior-level customers, including the ability to learn and acquire additional knowledge through coaching and training, and provide guidance and feedback.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license.
Job Description:
- - Responsible for the revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts
- - Generate new leads and execute sales plans in existing and prospective customer base to meet profit increase goals. Target sales time will be approximately 70%,
- - Convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to customers,
- - Ensure delivery of monthly sales budget via system reporting tools. Report all competitive activities to the line manager,
- - Ensure that sales prospects are updated with new customers, products and applications and shared via CRM consistently & reviewed with line manager at the end of every month,
- - Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and report the same to line manager,
- - Using a consultive sales approach, you will build relationships with customers by executing system assurance programs that meet their business needs,
- - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives
- - Ensure to follow the operational processes aligning to the ERP and the guidelines issued by CFO for continuous improvements. Ensure smooth implementation of CRM as and when it is implemented,
- - Ensure to follow QHSE policy, ERP processes and local company operations are regulated under the company and in line with legal compliances. Report any discrepancies if any, to the line manager.
- - Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required,
