Your responsibilities
• Guiding business in giving advisory in Finance, Controlling and Project Systems domains with SAP best in processes and fulfilling any new business requirements and functionalities in line with AMEA ERP COE strategy and guidelines.
• Participating in governance meetings with different stakeholders which includes Business line Controller, Country Finance
• Manager, Local Front end FI teams and various internal or external IS teams (ERP, non-ERP).
• Participating actively in local & global ERP projects as crucial stakeholder from initial until various stages of project management cycle.
• Ensuring the application is appropriately used for business benefits in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Representing and supporting business team members for the SAP requirements for day to day operational excellence, major enhancement, Merger and Acquisition(M&A) as per Company’s guidelines and other important business critical and legal requirements.
• Acting as single point of contact for all SAP FICO and PS related topics in ERP from incidents, business critical requirements, projects etc. Performing SAP configuration and fulfilling change management in line with Company’s Guidelines.
• Helping business controllers and other stakeholders in audit process and requirement fulfillment. Supporting business
• control process owner in process improvement and meeting audit compliance requirements.
• Training super users and end users in FICO and PS modules and maintaining training documents.
