We are currently seeking an experienced Project Controller to join our team on behalf of our esteemed external client. This position is ideally suited for a professional with robust project management and financial control expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Advise the Project Manager on planning, costs, and performance.
- Collaborate with the team to establish a validated baseline for scope, time, and costs, and define a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Determine contractual deliverables.
- Create a schedule based on the WBS.
- Cost-load the WBS into the planning tool.
- Prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate project performance (Earned Value, scenario models, risk analysis).
- Advise on risks and report changes to the baseline.
- Monitor schedules and budgets, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Assess delays accurately.
Requirements:
- Experience in Cost Control or Project Planning.
- Master's degree in finance, engineering, or construction.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Strong interest in construction and contracting.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with planning software (e.g., latest Primavera or MS Project).
